I grew up in Montana where my father was a pastor. I have nine brothers and sisters. I am married to Wendy Myers, and we have three girls, Taylor, Selah, and Kahlea. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Moody Bible Institute and a Master’s of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. I have over ten years of full time ministry experience, and was a Senior Pastor for about six years, a copy editor for three, and I have now been a Prison Chaplain for one. I am not yet sure what the future holds.
A large portion of who I am probably comes out in this commentary. My life passion is to explain and teach the Word of God in such a way that people understand it and are motivated to live their lives according to it.
